This blog is truly “under construction.”

If all goes as hoped, it’ll become a place where a small group of smart, personable folks can all “hold forth” about the way the world is, the way we humans are, and where we can go from here. I haven’t yet actually seen much of what I’m hoping for out there – but I’m sure some of it exists, and as things evolve, maybe I’ll be guided to them by participants. Ultimately this blog will be more for the professional side, and the personal stuff will have its own blog, but I needed to get things going.

For now, I’ll try talking to myself “out loud” in a reasonably entertaining way while I figure out how to “drive” my blog.
